CGCE's Activities

Research

CGCE coordinates research and supports joint learning on effective education approaches, aid to education, education in conflict-affected states and other topics. We publish research papers and organize an Annual Learning Forum.

Policy Dialogue

CGCE is engaged in an ongoing dialogue with the Canadian government to encourage it to do more to provide Education for All, and to share what our members are learning about education from their work and from their civil society partners in the Global South. Public Engagement

CGCE is raising awareness about the importance of education as a key determinant to development and a basic human right. We provide presentations to groups across Canada and organize the Canadian activities for Global Action Week each April.
