The ODA Accountability Act and the Right to Education. Implications for Canadian Aid to Education. Power in Partnerships: A Survey of Canadian Civil Society’s Role in Ensuring Education for All(July 2009), summarizes the findings of a survey of Canadian civil society organizations involved in education programming in the South. It documents the substantial contribution that CSOs are making in programming, learning and advocacy towards meeting the EFA goals.The survey was designed and executed by Nhung Truong and Kim Kerr of Save the Children Canada, and the report was written by Ali Malcolm and Kim Kerr.
